1. General Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been successfully delivered, except in the following cases:

1.1 Eligible Refunds

There is a critical technical issue that prevents the customer from accessing the account and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

1.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

2. Replacement Policy

The user will be permanently banned from our platform.
