Refund & Replacement Policy – CSGOSmurfKings

We understand the nature of digital goods requires a clear and fair refund and replacement policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been successfully delivered, except in the following cases:
1.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted if:
- The account was already banned or locked at the time of delivery.
- There is a critical technical issue that prevents the customer from accessing the account and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
1.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds for:
- Accidental purchases.
- Buyer’s change of mind.
- Account loss due to failure to change login credentials.
- Bans or restrictions caused by your actions.
- Incompatibility with your system or internet.
2. Replacement Policy
Replacements will be issued if the following conditions are met:

- You provide clear proof (screenshots, screen recordings) of the issue.
- The problem is related to delivery, account access, or pre-existing bans.
2.2 Replacement Limitations
- Only one replacement per order will be issued, if applicable.
- No replacement is offered if the buyer:
- Modified or sold the account.
- Shared access with third parties.
- Engaged in prohibited use.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
3.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks
- If a buyer initiates a chargeback or dispute without contacting us:
- The account(s) will be automatically revoked.
- The user will be permanently banned from our platform.
- We reserve the right to submit proof of delivery and seek legal recourse.
4. Requesting Help or Filing a Complaint
